Two teens are dead and a third person is critically injured after becoming trapped inside a grain bin in Mount Carroll Wednesday. The accident occurred yesterday morning at a bin owned by Consolidated Grain and Barge Enterprises. Authorities believe a teen employee fell into the bin and two other employees went in after him. The deceased are identified as 14 year old Wyatt Whitebread and 19 year old Alejandro Pacas. 20 year old Will Piper is being treated at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford. Residents in Carroll County say the young men were working at the grain bin site this summer.
