Republican nominee for Illinois Governor Bill Brady visits Rockford this morning. Brady will hold a news conference at the Chicago/ Rockford Airport at 10 a.m. Brady is expected to comment on the state's troubled economy and his plans to help grow jobs. Brady plans stops in seven other cities. His opponent in the general election....Democrat Illinois Governor Pat Quinn...will deliver his state budget address Wednesday. Quinn is on the record in support of a state income tax increase to help address the budget crisis.
